Electrostatic Oiler is mainly used for steel, aluminium plate manufacturing such as pickling line, temper mill, tension leveler units, galvanizing unit and slitting machine etc. among which JT series oiled unit is mainly used for a single or a few plate manufacturing units; JTC series Oiler is mainly designed for multiple sheet to meet the need with its rapid across. Electrostatic Oiler makes full use of high-voltage electrostatic field to uniformly coat anti-rust oil on the surface of steel strip. General oil volume can be controlled in a single-sided 0.02 ~~ 2g / m², which is far less than the precise control of the amount of oil and oil volume is continuously adjustable. Its advantages are as follows: 1) the quality of the oil is high, and oil volume is adjustable, oil film is more uniform, no holiday or over coated; 2) Fuel efficiency is obvious which save 70-80% of oil from other oil methods; 3) reliable work, reduce the cost of equipment.
